Instructions for Warm Treatment

For heat applications, simply microwave the pack on medium heat for 20 seconds. If the temperature is insufficient, an additional 10 seconds can be added. To ensure even heating, knead and flip the pack after the initial heating. Alternatively, immerse the gel pack in boiling water for 7-10 minutes, using tongs to remove it afterward.

Instructions for Cold Treatment

For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Allow it to sit for a couple of minutes before applying it to your body. For optimal results, it’s best to freeze the gel pack for no more than 2 hours.

Important Safety Note

Avoid overheating the gel pack. Use compression wraps for periods of up to 20-25 minutes and refrain from applying hot or cold therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time.
